Level One Package

$300 or 4 payments of $85

A Level One Advocacy Services Package includes 3 hours of advocacy services in addition to the free 30-minute initial consultation to be used for consulting with the Parent, school personnel, or other service providers in preparation for an upcoming IEP or Section 504 meeting.

Review of child’s IEP, including Parent Questionnaire by Parent advocate after initial consultation.
45-minute to 1 hour and 15-minute telephone, in-person, or virtual meetings where the Parent Advocate will supply the Parent with a prepared list of recommendations, suggestions, and courses of action for the Parent to take to the upcoming IEP or Section 504 meeting. The parent will also have the opportunity to discuss any additional concerns or issues. The total time for meetings conducted shall not exceed 3 hours, unless the family is agreeing to adhere to the additional fees as listed below.
Telephone, text, and e-mail consultations with the Parent. Any time spent will be deducted from the 3 hours included in the package.

Our Retention Advocacy Services Package includes 12 hours of advocacy services in addition to the free 30-minute initial consultation to be used for consulting with the Parent, school personnel, or other service providers in preparation for an upcoming IEP or Section 504 meeting.

Our FIle Review Package includes a review of your child’s current IEP or 504 Plan, as well as other supporting documents. Once our team reviews your documentation, we will provide feedback with a plan of action to self-advocate for your child.

This service supports families who are unable to make an extended commitment at the time of the initial contract.
